Agreement to Terms

By accessing or using the services provided by Nexcelsior SEO ("we," "our," or "us"), you agree to be bound by these Terms of Service. If you do not agree to these terms, please do not use our services.

Services Description

Nexcelsior SEO provides search engine optimization services for local service businesses. Our services include but are not limited to technical SEO audits, Google Business Profile optimization, content strategy, citation building, and ongoing SEO management.

Client Responsibilities

As a client, you agree to:

• Provide accurate and complete information about your business
• Grant necessary access to your website, Google Business Profile, and other relevant platforms
• Respond to communications in a timely manner
• Pay for services according to the agreed-upon terms
• Not engage in practices that violate search engine guidelines

Payment Terms

Payment terms will be outlined in your service agreement. Generally, payments are due monthly in advance. Late payments may result in suspension of services until the account is brought current.

No Guarantee of Results

While we employ industry best practices and proven strategies, we cannot guarantee specific ranking positions, traffic increases, or lead generation results. Search engine algorithms are controlled by third parties and are subject to change without notice. Our commitment is to implement effective strategies and provide transparent reporting on our efforts.

Termination

Either party may terminate services with 30 days written notice. Upon termination, you will retain ownership of all content created for your business. Any outstanding payments must be settled within 14 days of termination.

Intellectual Property

Content created specifically for your business (website copy, blog posts, etc.) becomes your property upon full payment. Our proprietary tools, methodologies, and processes remain our intellectual property.

Limitation of Liability

To the maximum extent permitted by law, Nexcelsior SEO shall not be liable for any indirect, incidental, special, consequential, or punitive damages arising from your use of our services. Our total liability shall not exceed the amount paid for services in the preceding 12 months.

Confidentiality

We will keep all client information confidential and will not share your business data with third parties except as necessary to provide our services or as required by law.

Changes to Terms

We reserve the right to modify these terms at any time. Changes will be effective upon posting to our website. Continued use of our services after changes constitutes acceptance of the updated terms.

Governing Law

These terms shall be governed by and construed in accordance with the laws of the jurisdiction in which services are primarily rendered.
